RMO LLP Bolsters California Presence; Adds Craig Tristao to Lead New Fresno Office

National estate litigation law firm, RMO LLP, announced this month the opening of its Fresno, California office. The office will be led by Craig Tristao, further expanding the firm’s laser focus on estate disputes across California. 

Tristao will serve as Managing Attorney of RMO’s new Fresno office, the firm’s sixth California office. An experienced trial lawyer, Craig focuses his practice on representing heirs, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, creditors, and other interested parties in contested probate, trust, conservatorship, and financial elder abuse cases. A central valley native, Craig also has substantial experience litigating agricultural, environmental, construction, and land use and natural resource matters. The firm’s expansion into Fresno follows the firm’s strategic growth strategy, which has grown out of a single Los Angeles office to cover communities across California and Texas with additional offices in Orange County, San Diego, Pasadena, Walnut Creek, Houston and Dallas.
