Meghan M. Glaspy Named Partner of Probate Litigation Law Firm RMO LLP

California-based probate litigation law firm RMO LLP announced that it has elevated trust and estate litigation attorney Meghan M. Glaspy to Partner where she will serve as Managing Partner of the firm’s Orange County office.

As Managing Partner of the firm’s Orange County office, Glaspy will lead its local market presence alongside firm Managing Partner, Sean Muntz and state-wide with Founding Partner, Scott Rahn

“Meghan has proven herself to be a strong leader at the firm and in our local community,” said Muntz. “Her elevation is a well-deserved recognition of that and a testament of her dedication to the firm, our clients, and our community as a whole.”

Glaspy joined the firm in 2021, bringing a rare blend of extensive trial experience from her years serving as a former Deputy District Attorney and trusts and estates experience having worked previously for a local estate planning, administration and litigation law firm. Since joining RMO, Glaspy has earned a reputation for her legal prowess in the contested probate arena, as well as an ability to get great client results efficiently while guiding clients through complex and often emotionally charged inheritance disputes. As one RMO client put it:

“Meghan was an absolutely empathetic and compassionate listener. She understood the distress my mom was under and took the time to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions patiently and professionally. We absolutely felt that she was on our side.”

Glaspy also routinely provides thought leadership to our probate community by volunteering her time with various local trusts and estate-related organizations, including serving as a Director of the Orange County Estate Planning Council, speaking to the Orange County Bar Association, and through her memberships of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California and Young Probate Professionals. She was most recently named a “Rising Star” in Southern California by Super Lawyers and last year received the “40-Under-40” award from the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce.
