Overview
Alexis Goldberg is an attorney in the San Diego office of RMO LLP. Alexis brings nearly two decades of legal experience with a strong focus on probate and trust litigation and cross-border matters. Alexis represents clients in complex trust and probate disputes, including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and administration issues. She also has extensive experience advising trustees and fiduciaries on their legal duties.
Alexis is a native Spanish speaker and frequently works with clients across borders. She has also served as a guest lecturer on Legal English and business law topics at Universidad Anáhuac Mérida in Mexico.
