RMO LLP’s Meghan Glaspy Named Southern California “Rising Star”

Probate litigation law firm RMO LLP announced today that Orange County Managing Attorney Meghan Glaspy has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in Estate & Trust Litigation for her remarkable performance and peer recognition.

To be featured in this selective list, which includes no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in each state, individuals are identified as the top, up-and-coming attorneys in each market who are either 40 years of age or under or who have been practicing law for ten or fewer years.

Meghan Glaspy is the Managing Attorney in the Orange County office. Having previously served as a Deputy District Attorney, Meghan brings extensive trial experience and has worked closely with clients through complex and emotionally-charged disputes.  Meghan brings that experience to RMO where she focuses her practice on probate disputes, including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, financial elder abuse protection, and contested conservatorships, representing beneficiaries, as well as individual, professional and corporate fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees and conservators).
