Overview
Uzzell S. Branson IV is a Senior Attorney in RMO LLP’s San Diego office. Uzzell brings over a decade of experience in probate litigation. His practice focuses on representing heirs, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, creditors and other interested parties in litigated probate, contested conservatorship, and financial elder abuse cases.
Prior to RMO LLP, Uzzell headed the trust & estates practice at his previous firm, where his work included litigating probate disputes in State courts throughout California and Federal courts in the Southern and Central districts of California.
Beyond litigation, Uzzell also has substantial experience in estate planning and private and trust administration. Uzzell brings that experience in guiding clients through the probate pre-dispute, litigation, and appellate processes.
