Scott Rahn Appointed Newest Board Member of Alzheimer’s Association

LOS ANGELES–(Excerpt from BUSINESS WIRE) — The Alzheimer’s Association California Southland has selected RMO LLP Co-Managing Partner Scott Rahn to its board of directors. Rahn is looking forward to working to help publicize the private fight far too many families have when facing Alzheimer’s disease, to ensure increased services for those facing Alzheimer’s across the California Southland and, ultimately, to end Alzheimer’s #endalz.

It is an honor to serve on the board of this remarkable organization,” said Rahn. “The Alzheimer’s Association is leading the way to end this tragic disease and I could not be more proud to be part of that fight.”

Rahn serves as lead trial attorney for trust, estate, probate and conservatorship controversy matters at RMO LLP. His work is focused on representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries, including corporate trustees, in will disputes, trust challenges, estate controversies, family fights, and other related issues including defending or challenging a will or trust, accountings, breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary fraud, fiduciary misconduct, fiduciary neglect, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, incapacity, undue influence, conservatorship, and generally fighting to protect clients’ rights and inheritances.

In recent months, Rahn has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a ‘Top Litigator’ and by San Diego Magazine in their list of “San Diego Top Lawyers 2020.” Rahn was also selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2021 and has been a top-rated estate and trust litigation attorney by Super Lawyers since 2014.

The Alzheimer’s Association leads the way to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Their vision is a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. For more information, visit www.alz.org.
