California and Texas trust and estate litigation firm RMO LLP announced today that attorneys Stephanie K. Delaney and Phillip J. Szachowicz have been named to the San Diego Super Lawyers 2025 Rising Stars list for their remarkable performance and peer recognition.
Those selected to Rising Stars include no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in each state and represent top, up-and-coming attorneys in each market who are either 40 years of age or under or who have been practicing law for ten or fewer years.
Stephanie has been named a Rising Star in Estate Planning & Probate, Estate & Trust Litigation for three consecutive years. At RMO LLP, Stephanie leads the estate administration team, representing individual and institutional administrators, executors, and trustees to fulfill their duties including asset management, court filings, and determining distributions and inheritance.
This will be Phillip’s third consecutive year being named a Rising Star in Estate & Trust Litigation. Bringing extensive experience in all phases of litigation, Phillip focuses his practice on representing beneficiaries, trustees, administrators, executors, heirs, creditors, and conservators in contested trust, estate, and probate litigation matters.
