RMO LLP Continues Texas Growth; Adds Matthew Bourque to lead new Dallas office

National estate litigation law firm, RMO LLP, announced today the opening of its Dallas, Texas office. The office will be led by Matthew Bourque, expanding the firm’s laser focus on estate disputes across the Lone Star State.

An exacting litigator, Bourque brings years of experience representing heirs, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, creditors, and other interested parties in contested probate, trust, guardianship, and financial elder abuse cases. As shown by his long history of success, Matthew is able to expertly navigate the most tumultuous situations with a steady hand while securing results for his clients that allow them to move past their disputes and on with their lives.

Bourque will serve as Managing Attorney of RMO’s new Uptown Dallas office, the firm’s second Texas office following the opening of the Houston office early last year. The firm’s expansion into Dallas is just the latest part of the firm’s execution of its strategic growth strategy, which has seen it grow out of a single Los Angeles office to cover the Bay Area, Orange County, San Diego, and Houston.

RMO LLP Founding Partner, Scott Rahn, said “The addition of the Dallas office allows us to further expand our reach and provide essential probate dispute legal services to the Texas communities people like Matthew have long served. We could not be more excited to have Matthew join our team and give us the opportunity together to bring RMO’s brand of providing relief to those embroiled in an inheritance dispute while trying to grieve the loss of a loved one to Dallas.”
