National trust and probate estate dispute law firm, RMO LLP, announced today it has elevated senior litigation attorney Mathew Wrenshall to serve as Managing Partner of the firm’s Pasadena office.

As Managing Partner – Pasadena, Wrenshall will oversee the firm’s Pasadena office and lead the firm’s presence in that market. He will continue to handle disputes over contested wills, trusts, and conservatorships, including claims for undue influence, incapacity, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and financial elder abuse in probate court, as well as contested trust and probate administrations.
