

Niuris Bezanilla is the managing partner in the Miami office of RMO LLP. Niuris’ practice focuses on representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries — e.g. administrators, executors, trustees and guardians — in contested trust, estate, and guardianship litigation, as well as related trust, probate estate and guardianship administration issues. Prior to joining RMO, Niuris oversaw the trust, estate, and probate department of another local Coral Gables law firm, which extensive probate experience she brings with her to RMO. Niuris works closely with clients to help determine their goals and then construct and execute upon strategies aimed at accomplishing their goals.
Niuris graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Psychology. She also received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she clerked with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit’s Probate Division, was a President of the Negotiation & Mediation Team, and served on the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocacy Team.
