Amy Martinez
ATTORNEY
Amy Martinez is an attorney in the Costa Mesa office of RMO, LLP. Amy’s practice focuses on two areas of litigation: (1) representing beneficiaries, and professional and corporate fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees, conservators, and guardians) in contested trust, estate and probate litigation, and (2) business owners, executives, members, directors, partners, and officers in business and commercial litigation and pre-litigation disputes. For more than a decade, Amy has worked tirelessly to build relationships with clients by maintaining personal one-on-one communication that allows her to guide clients through the litigation process, which often is a new and unfamiliar experience for them. As an experienced litigator, Amy understands the emotional and financial toll litigated disputes can take on clients. For that reason, Amy strives to present all potential litigation alternatives to maximize results and reduce litigation time and spend, including early mediation and creative settlement options aimed at swiftly and economically securing favorable results for her clients.
